Those who know Kim, know that spring = softball season. Somehow, Kim and Eddy were convinced through separate mutual friends that a quick 3-day trip during softball season for spring break would be fun. Little did we know, this would change our lives forever. On April 23rd, 2019 on a sunny beach in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, Kim and Eddy met for the first time. He shared memories of his beautiful daughter Anaya, and the friendship blossomed. After this trip, Eddy would come around every so often for Put-In-Bay trips, or trips to Toledo to visit friends here and there but we always stayed in touch. The trips from Perrysburg to Dublin became more frequent, and the adventures more grand.

On May 9th, 2020, we decided to make it official, we were boyfriend/girlfriend. After supporting each other through many seasons of life from a distance, we decided it was time to make the move together. On June 15th, 2022, Kim became an official resident of Columbus and we continued to merge our lives. We traveled, grew as a family through unconditional love, and accomplished many goals. On November 10th, 2023, Eddy surprised Kim with the engagement of her dreams and a big celebration surrounded by so many loved ones. We are so excited to celebrate our love on July 12th, 2025!
